What stood out to me was Karen's approach to leadership. She believes the best results come from staying close to the operation and creating an environment where people take ownership, work together and keep improving. That combination of operational leadership and a genuine focus on people fits well with the culture we're building at Chane. I'm confident she'll quickly connect with our teams and make a valuable contribution to Chane. Dr. Fabian Ziegler, CEO of Chane
I'm excited to join Chane at a time when the company continues to evolve. What attracted me to Chane is the critical role it plays in its customers' supply chains and the energy of the people I've met. I see a tremendous opportunity to work with colleagues across the business to build on the company's strong foundations and unlock new opportunities for Chane and its customers. Karen de Lathouder:

Karen will be based at Chane's head office in Rotterdam and will work closely with colleagues across the company.
