Gerard Penning joins Chane Supervisory Board

Chane is pleased to announce the appointment of Gerard Penning to its Supervisory Board, effective 1 May 2026. Gerard will assume the role of Chair of the Supervisory Board on 1 July 2026. Gerard brings extensive international leadership experience in governance and human capital, having held senior executive HR roles at Shell across its global upstream and downstream businesses. Most recently, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at ABN AMRO.
